Damages and returns
Return timeframe
Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll work to make it right.
Refunds and cancellations
If your order was refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Cancellations will only be accepted before items are shipped.
